Mindy Thomas
Mindy is the Managing Director of the Law Firm Division in the Washington DC office. Before joining Oxford Legal, Mindy dedicated her career assisting the professional development of students in a higher education setting for over fifteen years. Although she is a career counselor by training, her area of expertise includes enrollment management, career planning and placement, in addition to, teaching at the undergraduate level. Mindy is certified in conducting Myers Briggs Type Indicator workshops, lecturing on MBTI and performing one-on-one counseling locally. Leveraging her experience and knowledge base in the fields of Career Exploration, Adult Development, Life Assessment and Psychometrics; Mindy is a valuable resource for multiple career advisory boards in the Philadelphia area. Having developed professional recognition in her field in the greater Philadelphia area, Mindy has been a guest on National Public Radio and has been recognized as a Comcast Newsmaker of the Week. Mindy graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Mary Washington University and received her Masters in Higher Education with a specialization in Career Counseling at West Chester University. Mindy lives in Wallingford where she is the mother of four children aged 23, 21, 19 and 16.

Ross E. Allen
Ross has an extensive background in the contract attorney industry through his work on large-scale litigation and document intensive matters for an AmLaw 100 law firm. Ross recruits attorneys for Oxford Legal and handles a number of Oxford's corporate and law firm clients. Ross graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and from Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctor. He is currently working on a Masters Degree from West Chester University. Ross is an avid sports fan who lives in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with his wife and young daughter.

Mary B. Fisher
Mary is a licensed attorney, recruits contract and direct hire attorneys for Oxford's corporate and law firm clients. Following her graduation from Columbia Law School, Mary practiced commercial litigation with major law firms in New York City and the Philadelphia/South Jersey area for a decade before making the leap to the in-house practice of law. Mary was in house counsel for two different financial services companies, where she handled litigation matters directly and also sourced, hired and worked with outside counsel around the country to defend litigation matters. Mary is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Barnard/Columbia Club of Philadelphia. A native of Toms River, New Jersey, she lived in New York City for 17 years before settling with her husband and two daughters in South Jersey.

Mary Beth Klein
Mary Beth has been with Oxford for 7 years, recruiting attorneys for the Career Division. She works with both law firms and corporate clients to fill permanent attorney positions, including partner-level placements. Prior to working with Oxford, Mary Beth was an account executive for two companies in the public relations field. While Director of Communications for The New England Council in Boston, she fostered relations between the New England Congressional delegation and regional CEOs. Mary Beth lives with her attorney-husband and 4 children in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, where she is active in community charities and youth athletics.

Kristine Schulman, Esq.
Kristine focuses on the permanent placement of attorneys and has almost 10 years experience recruiting for Oxford. Kristy has played a major role in the growth of Oxford's Career Division, and specializes in AmLaw 100 clients and candidates. She received a dual-degree (BA in Sociology and Political Science) from the Ohio State University and her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia Bars and practiced as a Public Interest Attorney in Maryland and Washington D.C. before joining Oxford as a full-time recruiter. An active member of the Jewish Business Network, Har Zion Temple and volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House, JRA and a number of other public service organizations, Kristy lives in Wynnewood with her husband and four children.
