Ronalyn K. Sisson founded Oxford Legal Associates® in 1995, in response to the growing demand in the mid-Atlantic region for quality contract attorneys. Rona received her A.B. in International Relations with a focus on international business in 1986 from Stanford University. A two-time collegiate All-Star crew member at Stanford, Rona evokes a sense of team competitiveness that is evident in her work. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was the Student Bar Association representative of her class and taught legal research and writing. After relocating to Philadelphia, Rona maintained an active defense litigation practice. She was Chair of the Bucks County Young Lawyers' Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates. She currently serves on the Capital Campaign for the Support Center for Child Advocates. Rona is frequently quoted on legal recruiting matters in a number of major legal publications.
